Beginning his DJ career in San Francisco, Abdul made his way down to Los Angeles reaching out to all nationalities spreading the universal spirit of soulful dance music. Having a few residencies in Los Angeles, including Thang, 2nd Sundayz, Philter, and For Those Who Know (FTWK), Abdul keeps very busy playing at numerous clubs, raves, beach parties, and special events. His beautiful patchwork of soulful house and wonderful deep and uplifting music makes him one of LA's most exceptional DJs.
SWEET SOUL features the best in house, disco and rare grooves on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month with resident DJ KERRY. The club specializes in a $5 menu from 7-10, $5 drink specials all night, spacious outdoor patio, available valet and neighborhood parking, and to top it off, SWEET SOUL is FREE all night!!
