Spend an evening with the Meat Hook's butcher, Tom Mylan and Bombay Sapphire’s master mixologist, James Moreland, as they explore succulent meat & gin combinations. The pair will lead you through deliciously crafted charcuterie, paired with classic and contemporary gin cocktails. Hands-on is the name of the game: from mixing up gin masterpieces, to massaging the meat!
There will be something for every level of foodie, starting with a porterhouse steak & martini combo, and moving up to chorizo-stuffed duck hearts & a blueberry and thyme cocktail for the more adventurous.
The seminar takes place on Thursday, March 11th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Brooklyn Kitchen Labs Meat Hook, 100 Frost Street in Brooklyn.
